Since 2007 she has served as a judge on the television talent show Britain's Got Talent on ITV. Jamie Theakston and Holden co-host the Heart Breakfast radio program on the weekdays. Holden was born in Portsmouth, Hampshire. She spent the majority of her childhood in Bishop's Waltham. When she was nine she was accepted into the Bishop's Waltham Little Theatre Company. Holden was also on TV in three series of Kiss Me Kate, starring Caroline Quentin and Chris Langham. She also was a participant in three ITV series The Grimleys and Celeb with Harry Enfield episodes. A Boxing Day special Agatha Christie's Marple episode "4.50 From Paddington", starring Geraldine McEwan as well as John Hannah. He co-starred alongside Bill Nighy (and Tom Courtenay) in Ready When You Are Mr. McGill, Jack Rosenthal's comedy drama. Holden, Alesha Dixon and David Walliams are judges on Britain's Got Talent. In 2006, she was a judge on the show.
