Aunjanue Ellis
Aunjanue Taylor is a famous American producer and actress best famous for the roles she was in Ray Undercover Brother, The Mentalist and the television show The Mentalist. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in African-American Studies at Brown University as well as a master's degree in Fine Arts in acting from the Tisch School of the Arts at New York University. Aunjanue L. Ellis is an American actress and producer, who has been active in films theater and television. She started her career as a theatre actress later on, she went on to play in a variety of television series, including mainstream and independent films. The actress became well-known as Miranda Shaw, a character on ABC's Quantico. In BET's massive series The Book of Negroes she was a character. She did not only receive praise for her character, she also received a few awards and nominations. In 1995 she appeared in her first performance on stage in The Tempest as Ariel. The stage credits she has received include the Broadway productions of Joe's Come and Gone A Winter's Tale Drowning Crow as well as Seeking the Genesis. Her film career began in the late 1990s. she is known best for her roles in films like Men of Honor The Caveman's Valentine The Express and The Help. On television her regular role on ABC's drama series about police High Incident has earned her the praise of her fellow actors.
